Wolverine Claw Pendant Necklace

This wolverine claw is cast in solid white bronze then thickly plated in sterling silver. The tightly curved 3D claw looks a lot like a miniature grizzly bear claw measuring  7/8" from top to bottom and 1-3/8" around the outside curve. It is cast without the knuckle removed giving the pendant a clean graceful silhouette. 

The wolverine, also referred to as glutton, carcajou, skunk bear, or quickhatch, is the largest land-dwelling species of the weasel family . It is a stocky and muscular carnivore, more closely resembling a small bear than other weasels. The wolverine has a reputation for ferocity and strength out of proportion to its size, with the documented ability to kill prey many times larger than itself and has been known to fend off a full grown grizzly bear.
