Working from the outskirts of Victoria, British Columbia, independent artisan and Moon Raven founder Mike Doyle has been honing his craft since 1974.
His designs are rooted in a lifetime spent exploring the majestic Pacific Northwest, where he draws inspiration from both the light and dark sides of the natural world and the people who inhabit it.
With an uncanny eye for revealing the elegance in everything from a deconstructed car engine to the anatomy of the human body, Mike's designs have been embraced the world over by a clientele that includes celebrities, fellow craftsmen, and art lovers — all as distinct as the jewelry he creates.
Today, what started as a labor of love for Mike has bloomed into a family business, with his daughter Bonnie coming on board as co-designer.
Every piece of jewelry forged by Moon Raven is hand-finished, designed in-house, and always driven by passion and personality, not profit. Quality is Mike's obsession, and he strives to create a unique experience through each and every item crafted and shipped from his workshop.
