Our Return Policy
All items must not be worn or damaged and returned with all of the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide tracking.
How to Return
Email email@example.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line.
Once your request is approved we will provide shipping instructions
The returned package must include:
- the receipt
- all original packaging
- Please note that all returns must be received by us within 21 days of the ship date.
You will receive an email from Customer Service as soon as your package has been received.
Why was my return/exchange refused?
Moon Raven reserves the right to refuse a return package if return instructions are not followed.
Packages arriving requiring customs payment will not accepted.
Moon Raven is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
